RustMapper-Web provides Google Earth visualization of Ug99 status in a browser. To use the tool all you need is the free Google Earth plug-in from Google - If RustMapper-Web does not load, simply click on the "Get the Google Earth Plug in now" button.
NB: Supported browsers currently include Firefox 3.x, IE6 and IE7 all on Windows (No Mac support at present)
